Ms. Deidre, the Executive Director and co-owner of our preschool, has dedicated over four decades to early childhood education and childcare, including obtaining her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Her journey began as a young mother relying on a state-funded childcare program to finish her degree in Physics — a pivotal experience that deepened her understanding of the importance of accessible education. This experience not only enabled her to pursue her education but also inspired her lifelong commitment to helping families in need. Today, she works tirelessly to ensure that the majority of students at our preschool receive free or subsidized care. She knows firsthand how essential this support can be, and she is dedicated to making sure families in our community have access to the same opportunities she did. Beyond the classroom, Deidre enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, and crocheting.

Ms. Savannah, fondly known as Ms. Savi, is an enthusiastic teacher at Launch Pad Learning in North Long Beach with over nine years of experience in early childhood education. With a strong foundation in teaching and leadership, she holds a teacher permit, an administrative certificate, and a leadership certificate. Ms. Savi embraces the Reggio Emilia philosophy, believing in adapting teaching methods to fit each child's unique way of learning. She enjoys dancing, traveling, and cooking and is inspired by preschool children's boundless curiosity.

Gloria Bueno is a valued team member and teacher at Launch Pad Learning! With over 32 years of experience in early childhood education, Gloria brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for nurturing young minds. She specializes in child development and has certifications in infant and toddler care and preschool care, emphasizing language and arts to foster a stimulating learning environment. Gloria loves helping children grow academically and personally and cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends. She was inspired by Rudyard Kipling’s poem “If,” Gloria strives for excellence in her personal and professional life.

Meet Jeniffer Fears, a passionate Teacher at Launch Pad Learning with over 25 years of experience in early childhood education. Jeniffer holds a child development certificate and specialized training in CPR and art education for young learners. Her teaching philosophy is centered on respecting and understanding each child, fostering an environment where children can grow through play. Jeniffer enjoys crafting, hiking, and camping when not shaping young minds. She is pursuing her Bachelor's degree, aiming to enrich her educational skills further.
